MDF: Is a panel made of wood fibres with synthetic resin and others additives.

MDP: a fiberboard, as the MDF
The MDP is a result of investment in new and advanced production technologies. To obtain the plate, presses and binders of particles associated with the use of the latest generation of resins are used. Therefore, the MDP is a new generation of wood panels, industrial characteristics and higher than the fully agglmerated wood panels used previousely

Differences between MDF and MDP

In MDP panels, wood particles are used in layers, with the finest particles surface and thicker ones in the core.
already in the MDF, wood fibers are agglutinated. Both, however, ar classified as medium density boards.

Main applications of MDF and MDP
MDF - rounded, level machined doors-for PET coating on furniture bottoms, and drawer fronts, sides and bottoms.

MDP- For sides partitions, shelves, straight doors, furniture bottons and front, drawer sides, straight covers, post formed covers, upper and lower bases. The MDP is indicated for the prodction of straight lines or mobile oragnic forms which do not require level machining, grooves or rouded edges.
